Democracy and political stability

Education supports the growth of civil society, democracy, and political stability, allowing people to learn about their rights and acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for national development.
In developing countries including Myanmar, the need for providing opportunities for all forms of learning is the first priority since all basic development must be associated with learning. However, student demonstrators are marching from different parts of the country and  they set to end in Yangon demanding changes to a new National Education Law and more inclusive consultation on education reform.
Educational challenges and dilemmas faced by developing and transition countries can be handled by the qualified national leader, political party, the responsible government and all the citizens.
The National League for Democracy will make reform of the education system an “urgent” priority, party leader Daw Aung San Suu Kyi said last week.

2015 Election

Please bring free and fair election in Myanmar 2015. I wanna see awesome speechs and campaigns from every single one of candidates who really are participate as smashing governors in new governmental affairs. We don't want the fake ones just the real ones from their minds. Something is better than nothing of course yet. I do appreciate and thankful to people who agreed to vote and also exhorted for voting in previous 2010 election. We wouldn't get these kind of situations without all of their efforts although conditions aren't stable until now. We don't like fate but need to involve in fate games and turning as what we all want to shaping for our country new Myanmar. We need youth for changes and responsible active citizens to have discipline as our own ways . We need 'Actions' because it's 'Speak Louder Than The Words'.

လက်ပံတောင်း ဒေါ်ခင်ဝင်း သေဆုံးမှုကို အရေးယူဖို့ ကော်မရှင်အကြံပြု

The news concerning the death of Daw Khin Win, a villager of " Moe-Kyoe-Pyin-A- Lal-Ywar", during the crisis of Copper mining project reminds me of the past tragedy and sorrow for my traveling colleague. And I understand the difficulties of farmers who have lost their lands due to the copper mine projec. The family, relatives and villagers are trying to get a commission to find out the death of Daw Khin Win who was shot by the armed security guards on December 22, 2014.

Ma Nila Thein's article

"When the government itself is the abuser of human rights and the perpetrator of rape and other forms of gender-based violence, who will protect the victims? Who will end their tragedy? Who will secure the joyful reunion of mothers with their children?"
